Trial to Everest Base Camp.
Ms. Jashmin Nieport and Mr. Nilsson Erling arrived to Kathmandu Airport on November 10. The Danish visitors to Nepal through our exclusive country partner Kipling Travel were in the Himalayan nation for the trekking adventure to the Everest Base Camp. Next day, they were at the Lukla via the air route. Instantly, their trek began. That day they trekked to Monjo 2815m.

On 12th, along the path at the foothills of mighty Everest they hiked up to the famous Sherpa village Namche Bazaar 3450m. Observing the glorious Himalayan views on the bright sunny day they wind down for a day at Namche. Via Hillary Hospital through Kunde informative trekking guide Ashok Tamang escorted them to Kumjung 3791m.

The ascending trek began on 16th via Dole 4084m and Machermo 4410m to Gokyo 4750m on 18th October. Next day, at the ascent of Gokyo Ri 5483m, they had one more day rest for acclimatization. Gokyo Ri provides the most amazing views of five 8000m plus Himalayan peaks including Everest. The mesmerizing views of the Gokyo Lakes and the largest glacier, Ngozumba Glacier in the Himalayas provide the most amazing feast to the eyes.

Then on the 20th the trekkers marched down to Phortse 3800m. Again, after a day’s descending trial, the team started their ascending way towards Gorakshep 5184m via Periche 4243m and Lobuche 4950m. On 23rd, the Danish trekkers were camping for the night at Gorakshep. On the 24th, the reason for the entire trek got perfect verification. They were at the Everest Base Camp 5357m.

Their itinerary allocated the abundant time at the Base Camp. After, the rejoicing moments at EBC, the same day they marched back to camps at Gorakshep. Next day, onwards, they gradually descended down to Lukla 2835m. On 27th they were back at Lukla after the glorious trekking retreat in the spellbinding Everest region.

13 Day Manaslu Circuit Trek Nov 2018 We have just returned to Kathmandu after a wonderful trek around the Manaslu circuit, starting in Soti Khola and finishing in Jaget. The trek and transport out and back to Kathmandu were very well organized. Our guide, Bharet Rana was excellent, arranging our tea-house accomodation and meals each day, without hitch. He was always good humoured and provided an interesting commentary on sights along the way.
Our Everest Base Camp trek was a wonderful and memorable one. Everything was very well organised. Thank you Explore Himalaya and the staffs for such an excellent service. We were taken care of from the moment we landed in Ktm till the day we left. The Guides and the Porters team of Explore Himalaya are very friendly and helpful. They took care of every little things during our trek. Some walked faster, some slowly and few could not but No one was left behind. They walk with your pace and motivates you until you get up. Anuj Pandey, MD of Explore Himalaya was available 24 hours a day when anybody was in need, he even flew to Namche to check if everything was going well and if everybody was doing good. The Guides Bibek Pandey, Bhuwan Tamang and Ram Rajbhandari along with their 5 Porters were the main pillars who made our mission accomplished. I'd highly recommend anybody who wants to travel to Nepal to contact Explore Himalaya and get themselves spoilt and entertained with their excellent service.
