The Second Thai Film Festival organized by the Royal Thai Embassy in Kathmandu was inaugurated yesterday (28th June,2011). The film festival aims to promote cultural awareness and expose Nepalese movie goers to the fascinating modern Thai culture and aspects of Thai society. The films will be screened at the Russian Cultural Centre in Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu. Award winning films like “Muay Thai Chaiya”, Samchuk: Once in a chance, 32 December Love Error, and That Sounds Good will be screened during the festival.
