The second edition of Ford India´s ‘Discover Smart Drive Season 2’ conducted its final leg of the drive in Nepal. Gaurav and Gunjan Juyal of Bhaigiri Team emerged as winners . Ford’s DSD Season 2 kicked off with four teams driving simultaneously from Jammu, Lucknow, Mumbai and Chennai on four respective legs: North to West, North to East, West to South and South to East. For 8 days, the eight participants drove through 28 cities covering 6,400 km. By becoming the first team to complete the final leg, Gaurav and Gunjan Juyal won the event.
The grand prize for the winning duo included a Kathmandu sightseeing tour, and a thrilling Everest heli ride. As Shobiz Experiential Communications Pvt. Ltd. (the event management company in charge of managing the event for Ford) had approached Explore Himalaya to ground handle the event in Nepal, Explore Himalaya organized the prize trip for the DSD 2's winning team.
